  • 此套票價錢是根據寵物品種及重量而定，如客人的寵物於到店時跟購買的套票內容不符，客人需要補回相關服務差額。
  • 此套票優惠只適用於指定服務及PRIVATE i PETS。
  • 此優惠只適用於星期一至五 (不適用於繁忙日子、公眾假期及其前夕)。
  • 此套票優惠包括一項基本寵物美容服務及寵物水療服務一節。
  • 此套票優惠不能指定寵物美容師。
  • 寵物美容及寵物水療服務須於同一個預約日子內完成。
  • 此套票優惠只適用於指定狗隻品種。
  • 此套票優惠每隻寵物只可享一次及只適用於PRIVATE i PETS的新客戶。
  • 優惠不得轉讓，不可兌換現金/產品或與其他推廣優惠同時使用。
  • 如有任何爭議，PS GROUP保留此優惠之最終決定權。

  • 預約時間均以Private i Pets whatsapp 聯絡確認為準/ 作實。
  • 我們強烈建議寵物定期接種疫苗, 如未接種疫苗的寵物有危害自身和他人的風險。所有疫苗都必須由獸醫接種，並需要有關證明。
  • 寵物如有任何病歷，主人有責任如實申報
  • 閣下寵物如對人/ 其他寵物/ 公司財產進行任何破壞/ 損毀或攻擊性行為，包括不限於寵物過度緊張/ 動物間打架/ 咬傷/ 疾病傳播引致任何人或動物造成損失和傷害，本公司有權立即終止服務。
  • Advance booking is required.
  • Usage of the offer must be indicated when making a reservation.
  • If you are late for less than 15 minutes, PRIVATE i PETS has the right to shorten the service time of the day according to the time of lateness.
  • If you are absent or late for 20 minutes or more, PRIVATE i PETS will be deemed to have used the service.
  • This offer is determined according to the pet breeds and pet weight, and you may need to pay the service price difference if your pet does not meet the requirements of the offer.
  • This offer is applicable on selected services in PRIVATE i PETS only.
  • Offers are only applicable from Monday to Friday (except black-out dates, public holidays and holiday eves).
  • This offer includes Basic Pet Grooming Service and Pet Spa for 1 session.
  • Offer is only applicable to designated groomers for pet grooming service.
  • Pet Grooming and Pet Spa services must be finished on the same booking date.
  • This offer is only valid for selected dog breeds.
  • Each PET can enjoy the offer one time only and only for and PRIVATE i PETS’NEW customers.
  • Offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash/ products and also cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  • In case of any disputes, PS GROUP reserves the right of final decision.
  • No refund
  • The appointment time is subject to the Private i Pets whatsapp contact confirmation.
  • We strongly recommend that pets be vaccinated regularly, as unvaccinated pets are at risk of harming themselves and others. All vaccinations must be administered by a veterinarian and certificates are required.
  • If the pet has any medical records, the owner is responsible for reporting truthfully
  • If your pet has any damage/damage or aggressive behavior to people/other pets/company property, including but not limited to excessive tension of pets/fighting/biting/disease transmission that causes loss and injury to any person or animal, the company reserves the right Immediate termination of service.
